- We know trust is essential when translating your ideas into drawings. That’s why we provide a BMIx walkthrough, allowing you to visually confirm the design and be absolutely sure it meets your expectations.
- Building doesn’t have to be daunting. To help you navigate the process, we present our ‘Six Steps to Design and Build’ PowerPoint – a simple roadmap that ensures clarity from start to finish.
We bring to life your visions for a new designer home, and we are particularly proud of our ability to complete projects on budget.
We understand that you need to deal directly with the builder – there are no sales persons in between.
- Our in-house Quantity Surveyor gives us the ability to project manage your home design and engineering elements to ensure a cost-efficient build.
- We are passionate about delivering your dream home based on your ideas, and examine every aspect and design feature to ensure it’s built to exacting standards.
- We ensure costing feedback is open and upfront, and clarity of what is included is essential.
- We love to assist with colours and interior design, and Petrina is available to predesign all cabinetry.
- We provide clear, concise documentation with a fixed priced contract.

Chris is the co-founder of Peak Escapes and an award-winning travel consultant with 20+ years’ of travel and tourism experience.
He spent 7 years living abroad in 3 different countries (London in the UK, Ios in Greece and Banff in Canada), and has a travel resume of 40 countries (and counting).
Chris believes travel should enrich your life, create connection and deliver lifelong memories.
Sam Ezzy
Ops Manager & Chief Child Wrangler
Chris’ wife, Sam, has a degree in marketing and advertising, and early career experience in a marketing role at Coca-Cola.
She lived and worked in Banff, Canada for two years (where she met Chris!), and later co-founded Peak Escapes with Chris.
When travel paused during the pandemic, she launched GetSynergy, a virtual assistant business, which she grew and later sold. Her role now is as Peak Escapes’ Operations Manager and Chief Child Wrangler of their two daughters.
Kerrie Williams

Kerrie is the organisational heartbeat of Peak Escapes.
With a background in client services and administration, she ensures every detail is covered so our clients feel supported, informed, and cared for from their first enquiry to the final welcome home.
