Mega Dairy is specialized in manufacturing and processing powders like Dairy powder, pro-biotics powder, tablets, and hard-shell capsules for local and export markets. This plant has more than 40 top-class clean rooms in production used for the manufacturing and packaging of powders in single serve sachets, tubs, or cans, different shapes of chewable tablets, and different size hard-shell capsules. It has a unique two-story closed powder mixing facility with three layers of air pressure controls in place throughout the manufacturing plant to ensure that the core clean area is dust-free and sterile. Both raw materials and packaging materials pass through a long ultraviolet sterilization tunnel to ensure that the raw materials are free from harmful bacteria and pathogens. Our routine quality inspection and pathogens testing report issued by New Zealand Govt.’s accredited laboratory Assure Quality proves that we have A+ level controls in our factory. The micro test results always show “Aerobic Plate Count” at 100 cfu/g, which is far lower than the international standard.
