Pricing and Payment:
a. Prices for products/services are listed on our website or included in quotes and tender responses are subject to change without prior notice.
b. Payment terms are 14 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by electronic funds transfer into a nominated Partner Ventures bank account.
c. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
Orders and Confirmation:
a. All orders are subject to acceptance by Partner Ventures.
b. Once an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.
Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights related to our products/services remain the property of Partner Ventures.
b. Partners are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Privacy and Data Security:

Trading Terms and Conditions:

a. Either party may terminate a partnership with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
Modification of Terms:
a. Partner Ventures reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
